IStyle KLIA
is a yearly event that was much anticipated by the fashion design students in Malaysia. In 2011, the competition was designed with the twist of eco-friendly elements in mind. It was a fun and eye opening experience for me as this is my first fashion-related production made possible together with my team in Evoke. I have always enjoyed working with students. Throughout this 3-month long campaign, I was most impressed by the gallant efforts shown by the students and the amount of patience displayed by my team.
KLIA Awards 2008, 2009, 2013, 2014 and 2015
An annual prestigious awards night created by MAHB to honour their partners, airlines and stakeholders for their outstanding results in the aviation business. This has been a flagship event for the client and the challenge was to not βscrew up'. I've had the chance to lead the team and be the client-partner for this event for many years. The most rewarding part about this project is definitely the level of trust displayed by my clients towards my team and I in MAHB.
Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2010, 2011 and 2012
By far the most challenging production with 8 months of planning and
5 days of event in Sepang International Circuit. This innovative competition has drawn participation from over 100 universities across Asia where I was leading the team to ensure all work streams related to technical, logistics, accommodation, F&B, registration, volunteers, stakeholders engagement, retail team, sponsors and media are supported with compliance to Shell's Visual Identity guidelines and the stringent requirements of Shell's Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policy. GOAL ZERO achieved!
Shell Retail Roving Team 2016
In the effort to improve customer experience, Shell has invested in multiple initiatives in selected retailers. What started off as a 2-month market survey job slowly evolved into an activation campaign for the Site Heroes where we engage with the staff and customers through fun and creative contests. At the end of the project, we had the opportunity to explore the less travelled parts of Malaysia while gathering important data and sentiments from Shell's Site Heroes and their customers.
Shell V-Power Driving Experience (in partnership with Ferrari) 2014, 2015 and 2016
A media engagement event managed by global PR agency Edelman held in conjunction with the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The production of this event involves designing of race course, logistics support, built and manpower while complying to high HSSE standards set by Shell and a UK-based production company. Apart from having probably one of the best clients - efficient and respect to our work, the Ferraris used for this driving experience are definitely a treat to my inner boy racer.
Suria KLCC Digital Directory
My experience in managing multimedia systems development is fused with user experience as priority. The Digital Directory project for one of the best malls in Malaysia is probably the first in the country to guide shoppers to their desired location within the mall by visual animation. This application is made possible by clever programming and excellent UI design on a simple computer system modified to be a robust yet sleek kiosk. Most reviews by the users were positive as the guiding footsteps likened to a pathfinder and animation provides clear visualisation to the shoppers. The Curve and eCurve have since then adopted the similar system to help their shoppers to find the way.
Youth Revelation Freestyle Festival 2012 & 2013
A series of freestyle competitions targeting the urban youth in Kuala Lumpur was held, intended to eradicate the negative activities among subversive youth. The competitions vary from graffiti, freestyle BMX, skateboarding, hip-hop dancing to breakdance battle.
Be My Valentime 2013 & 2014
In conjunction with Valentine's Day, Maju Junction Mall organised a speed dating event at its venue. It was a distinctive event apart from others that we have organised together with our clients. It was meaningful, we helped the singles mingle, make new friends and perhaps meet their significant other on that special day of the year. To our surprise, the event received a favourable response from the crowd, albeit the conservative environment that we were in.
SMEP 3320
3320 was a change management programme aimed to improve the work performance of employees. We were engaged to support the Internal Communications team from Shell to communicate the messages to employees using digital, prints and guerrilla marketing ideas.

An annual national level event to rally 1000 odd Shell retailers around Malaysia, in a 5-day conference and events held in Kuala Lumpur.
