To mark the first anniversary of the mall’s loyalty programme, Heretix360 launched a 10-day celebration packed with exclusive rewards and activities. The goal was to boost customer engagement, increase spending, and drive new sign-ups—all while creating a memorable experience.

Approach

Heretix360 transformed the concourse area into a blooming spectacle, inspired by Japan’s spring season. The 10-day roadshow wasn’t just about sign-ups—it was about delighting visitors with:

  • Eye-catching visuals embracing the theme of ‘Blooming’
  • Free balloons, cotton candy and popcorn to attract crowds
  • A dedicated recruitment team to highlight membership perks

Impact

We brought the “Blooming” theme to life with a sensory-rich roadshow, and that led to 2,263 sign-ups in just 10 days!

The campaign was more than just a celebration—it became a loyalty movement.
